Lawyer Phi Hong Quan, formerly a Senior Investigator and team leader, has worked at the Major Crime Investigation Team, the Advisory Team, and the Legal Enforcement Inspection Team of the Investigative Police Agency - Hanoi City Police (from 1995 to 2020).
During more than 25 years of service at the Investigative Police Agency - Hanoi City Police, he directly conducted investigations, made conclusions, recommended prosecutions, and assisted the Head of the Investigation Agency in resolving complaints in criminal litigation concerning criminal, economic, and drug-related cases. He was awarded many certificates of merit, commendations, and various medals by different levels of government.
In 2021, he retired and became a lawyer. He joined the Hanoi Bar Association and began working at LegalLink as a Senior Lawyer, a position he has held since 2021. With his extensive investigative experience and dedication to his work, Lawyer Quan has contributed to research, fieldwork, and collaborated with LegalLink to resolve many criminal, civil, and commercial business cases with high success.
