Mr. Ha Tuan Huy previously served as a Primary Prosecutor, Intermediate Prosecutor, and Deputy Chief Prosecutor of the Regional Military Procuracy (from 1993 to 2006). He also held the positions of Assistant Director and Deputy Director of the Legal Affairs Department (from 2006 to 2023). He worked at various agencies, including the Regional Military Procuracy, the Procuracy of the Air Defense - Air Force Service, and the Legal Affairs Department of the Ministry of National Defense.

During more than 13 years working in the Military Procuracy of the Air Defense - Air Force Service, he directly supervised investigations, exercised prosecution rights, and monitored trials in numerous criminal cases, ranging from minor to extremely serious offenses, with no cases of wrongful conviction or injustice.

For over 17 years at the Legal Affairs Department of the Ministry of National Defense, he contributed to drafting and refining the legal framework on military and defense matters, as well as related areas. He also organized and directed legal professional activities across military agencies and units.

In 2024, he retired and assumed a new role as Chief Secretariat at LegalLink.
