Lawyer Do Manh Truong is the founder and build up a reputation for LegalLink. With a wealth of experience and deep legal insight, he has provided legal advice to hundreds of clients, including major domestic and international corporations, achieving remarkable successes. Over the past 15 years leading LegalLink, Lawyer Truong has been at the forefront of high-stakes legal battles, handling disputes valued at hundreds of millions of U.S. dollars. His expertise spans complex cases, including disputes over the construction of skyscrapers in Vietnam, EPC contract disputes, international commercial disputes, or large-scale seaport disputes.
He has also played a pivotal role in defending and successfully resolving several high-profile criminal cases in Vietnam, commonly referred to as “Major case” (or “Đại án” in Vietnamese which means large-scale cases that shock public opinion and have a significant impact on the economic, political, and social in Vietnam). His legal expertise has been instrumental in cases ranging from the earliest financial scandals at Agribank, OceanBank, and Thai Nguyen Iron and Steel Joint Stock Company (TISCO) to more recent high-profile trials involving Cuu Long Pharmaceutical JSC, Advanced International Joint Stock Company (AIC), and the Vietnam Expressway Corporation (VEC).
Furthermore, Lawyer Truong has extensive experience in the areas of administrative procedure reform of state management. Since 2010, he has been one of the lawyers in the group of specialized lawyers conducting administrative procedure review accordance to Project 30 of the Prime Minister, making significant contributions to the reduction of administrative procedures in Vietnam, creating synchronization and simplification of administrative procedures, enhancing state management effectiveness, promoting socio-economic development; contributing to the prevention and fight against waste and corruption.
